What your nutrition coaching

journey will look like..

PHASE 1

INITIAL ASSESSMENT & ONBOARDING VIDEO CALL


You will complete an initial assessment form to provide us with an in depth overview of your performance goals, training and competition schedule, current diet and food intake, supplementation, injury history and health status. This form gives us all the information we need to know develop your performance plan the best way possible.

You will then be able to book a 1v1 onboarding video call with your dietitian within 3 business days. In this 30-45 minute call, your dietitian will provide you access to your nutrition app and walk you through exactly how to use your personalised sports nutrition meal plan. You will discuss your meal timings, competition prep, body composition and key information that will impact your results.

PHASE 2

IN APP MESSAGING & TRACKING PROGRESS


Each week, your Sports Dietitian will support you Monday-Friday through direct in-app messaging, guiding you as you build consistent performance-driven habits. By completing your daily habit trackers, logging your training and recovery nutrition, and submitting your fortnightly check-ins, you’ll create a clear picture of how your body is adapting.

With these insights, your Sports Dietitian can confidently refine your nutrition strategy- whether that’s adjusting fuelling routines, strengthening recovery habits, or troubleshooting barriers- so you continue moving toward your performance goals with purpose and momentum.

PHASE 3

WEEKLY GROUP CALLS & 1V1 VIDEO CONSULTS

Alongside daily messaging support, you’ll have access to three weekly group video calls designed to strengthen your habits, reinforce key performance behaviours, and keep you accountable. These sessions help you learn from other athletes, build confidence in your routines, and stay connected to evidence-based strategies that elevate your training and recovery.

Each month, you’ll also receive a dedicated 1v1 video consult with your Sports Dietitian, giving you space to review your progress in detail, evaluate your habit patterns, and fine-tune your personalised plan. During competition periods, this becomes especially powerful. You’ll receive targeted guidance on taper fuelling, comp-day routines, gut-friendly strategies, weight cutting plans and recovery nutrition so you can perform at your absolute best and bounce back quickly. With this level of support, you move through your season with clarity, confidence, and a plan that adapts as your competitive demands evolve.
